It was such an incredible experience. The staff and chef were so friendly. Every dish was delicious and it was easy to follow. The chef is also amazing when it comes accommodating food intolerances and allergies, so you don’t feel left out. We all cooked and ate so much, was such an enjoyable and fun experience. 100% would recommend.

We had such a good time doing this class. Made 4 delicious Vietnamese dishes, with really clear instructions. Everything was organized really well and our guide was really sweet and funny and made the whole experience better. We had a 2pm class and were lucky enough that the two of us were the only two people doing the class, so got a private class for the price of a group one! They also sent us the recipes after the class so we could recreate at home which was a really nice touch. Would highly recommend to anyone- we had a faultless experience and would definitely book again if were ever back in the area.

The class begins with a look at the kitchen tools and traditional ingredients used in Vietnamese cooking. Only natural ingredients and herbs are used.

Cook step by step at your own station

You cook alongside other participants, but everyone gets their own tools and ingredients so you can learn hands-on. Follow the chef's example to pick up each cooking technique.
