This fast track service is available for all international flights arriving at or departing from Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) in Ho Chi Minh City. Choose arrival or departure, then Standard (immigration assistance) or Premium (also baggage and security assistance). The service takes about 1 hour and is provided by English-speaking staff.

On arrival, staff meet you before immigration

On arrival, a staff member holding a "JOYTIME - TRAVEL JOY, TIMELESS VIETNAM" sign waits in front of the immigration area. Standard helps you clear immigration quickly through the priority lane and assists with visa on arrival procedures (visa-related fees not included).

Premium also helps you collect your baggage quickly and, if you have arranged a vehicle, escorts you and your luggage to it.

On departure, pass immigration and security quickly

Meet the staff member with the same sign at the check-in counters. Please complete check-in by yourself first. Standard assists with departure immigration, while Premium speeds you through immigration and security and guides you to the boarding gate area.

Share your flight details in advance

You will be contacted the day before the service via the contact details entered at booking. The service cannot be provided without passenger name, flight number and arrival/departure time. If your flight changes, please inform the operator at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled arrival time.
