• Use the mobile voucher
• Present your voucher to the driver outside the airport building or at the hotel lobby on the day of use.
• Valid only on the specified date.

Airport-Hotel Pick-up:

Meeting Point: Find the driver with a name sign outside the airport building at Column 10 (10GF).
For domestic flights: The driver will be waiting with a name sign between Exit A1 and A2 outside the building.

A staff member will confirm your reservation and call the driver (International flights).
The driver will wait, considering the time it takes to complete arrival procedures after your flight arrives.
Although the driver already knows the destination, it's a good idea to show them a map from Google Maps, etc., for confirmation!
The local contact number will be provided via KakaoTalk after your reservation is confirmed.
Baby seats are not available.

★Important Notes★
1. If your flight is delayed by 30 minutes or more, you must inform us of the delay 'just before' departure. (Failure to notify may result in inability to wait or additional charges)
2. Please verify that you are getting off at the correct location. (The driver may be confused if there are similar hotel names.)
3. Use may be refused if the number of passengers or destination differs from the reservation details.
4. A change fee (5,000 KRW) will be charged for reservation changes (date, time, location, etc.).

Hotel-Airport Drop-off:

Please wait in the lobby from 5 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time, and the driver will come and call your name.
The local contact number will be provided via KakaoTalk after your reservation is confirmed.
Please inform the driver whether you are taking an international or domestic flight.
Baby seats are not available.
A change fee (5,000 KRW) will be charged for reservation changes (date, time, location, etc.).
