After booking, you will receive transfer details by text message, and the driver tracks your flight and waits at the exit of your arrival terminal. Once you land, the driver contacts you to arrange the meeting place and brings the vehicle within 5 minutes when you are ready. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting time from the selected time.

For international flights, choose a start time that allows you to clear immigration and customs. For domestic flights, enter your scheduled arrival time.

Ride in an air-conditioned vehicle sized for your group

1–3 passengers ride in a sedan (up to 3 pieces of 22-inch luggage), 4 in an SUV (up to 4), 5 in a minivan (up to 5), 6–8 in an 8-seat minibus (up to 8) and 9–10 in a 10-seat minibus (up to 10). The driver helps with your luggage, and an upgrade fee applies if you need a larger vehicle for extra luggage.

Set your pickup time for hotel-to-airport rides

For hotel-to-airport transfers, the start time you select is your hotel pickup time. The driver waits up to 15 minutes at the hotel. Please allow for Ho Chi Minh City traffic.
