Please arrive 15 minutes before the meeting time.
Pick-up/sending is available when making a reservation for 2 or more people.

• Available for ages 9 to 65, and children are charged the same rate as adults. (This is the age as of the date of use.)
• It cannot be used by pregnant women, people with heart disease, spinal disease, or eardrum problems.
• The above rates are per person, and a minimum of 2 people can apply .
• If you are staying at a hotel outside of the Nusa Dua/Sawangan area, you must purchase an additional pickup option.
• Departure meeting time may change depending on your hotel location.
• The voucher is only valid on the date specified.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• If it is difficult to meet the driver and you take a taxi without requesting assistance in advance, no refund is possible.
• The round-trip hotel pick-up service time provided by the company will be notified with the voucher after completing the reservation.
• By default, the meeting will be held at the requested hotel lobby, and in case of exceptions, you will be notified in advance through Happy Call.
• In the case of Bali Club Med, the driver's access is restricted, so pick-up is carried out in a security area.
• Hotels like these will provide you with information regarding meeting points in advance.
• The pick-up/sending service provided by the company is basically shared with other customers.
• Other customers may show up late or arrive late depending on traffic conditions, and complaints about this are not possible.
• If the company's vehicle is late, please contact the company's phone number listed on the voucher or KakaoTalk and we will help you confirm.
• If you would like to pick up an individual vehicle, please make an additional reservation for a dedicated rental car product. (Parking fee and toll fee separate)
• The recommended start time for marine sports is 09:00 to 11:00, and afternoon activities are not possible.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.

– If canceled 14 days or more before the tour start date: 100% refund of the total amount booked
– If canceled 13 to 8 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount booked will be charged.
– If canceled 7 to 4 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 60% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
– If canceled 0 to 3 days prior to the tour start date or on the same day: Full refund is not possible.
