Guide masters for safety have also completed rafting emergency response training in preparation for emergency situations, so you can enjoy rafting with greater safety and peace of mind. After rafting, try the Bali Swing . Bali Pitcheven Swing is a new hot place in Bali these days. Take in the lush green scenery of Ubud as you take to the giant swing and soar into the sky. The swing is equipped with a safety device, so you can use it safely without worry even if you climb up high. In addition, Bali Swing has not only swings, but also various structures that allow you to take great photos.
Customers who reserve the All In Package will receive a 1-hour aroma massage and dinner at Kayangan Spa after the rafting ends. What to Remember

- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- Due to poor road conditions in Bali, the pick-up vehicle may be delayed from the scheduled time.
- The exact meeting time can be confirmed via email after confirmation.
- If you leave your luggage at the company's office, we are not responsible for lost items.
- When going rafting, you will be transported in a Bali Swing shared vehicle. (All other tours are conducted by private vehicle.)
- Depending on the spa shop, shower time will be deducted by 10-15 minutes, and time may also be deducted if you arrive late.
- If there is a problem with the food condition on the day, please request a replacement or cancellation of the food by immediately complaining to the restaurant on site.
- If the pick-up/drop-off location is different, please check with the driver directly.

- Rafting gathering time is approximately 11:30. Please join the rafting group after having an early lunch around 11:00.
Cancellation and Refund
If canceled 14 to 9 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
If canceled 8 to 5 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
If canceled 0 to 4 days prior to the tour start date or on the same day: Full refund is not possible.
