• When applying for ATV Tandem (2 people), only an even number of people can apply.
• Departure meeting time may change depending on your hotel location.
• If it is difficult to meet the driver and you take a taxi without requesting assistance in advance, no refund is possible.
• In the case of Bali Club Med, the driver's access is restricted and pickup is carried out in a security area. Hotels like these provide information regarding meeting points in advance.
• The above schedule must be coordinated directly with the driver depending on local traffic conditions.
• We do not provide a separate happy call to your room.
• The pick-up/sending service provided by the company is shared with other customers.
• Other customers may show up late or arrive late depending on traffic conditions, and no complaints can be made about this.
• If the company vehicle is late, please contact the company via KakaoTalk or the phone number listed on the voucher.

– If canceled 13 to 8 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
– When canceled 7 to 4 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount is charged.
– If canceled 0 to 3 days prior to the tour start date or on the same day: Full refund is not possible.
