• The second rafting session is available upon reservation for at least 4 people.
• This product can be reserved for a minimum of 2 people.
• Primary hotel pick-up will be between 07:00 AM - 07:30 AM.
• Additional charges may apply for areas outside of the pick-up & drop-off area.
• When picking up, the driver will not make a separate happy call to your room. Please wait in advance for the meeting time.
• Usage hours exclude vehicle travel time, and rafting begins at 09:30 AM.
• For the option that does not include pick-up/sending, you can go directly to the meeting point until the appointed time.
• If it is difficult to meet the driver and you take a taxi without requesting assistance in advance, no refund is possible.
• If the company vehicle is late, please contact the company via KakaoTalk or the phone number listed on the voucher.
• In the case of Bali Club Med, the driver's access is restricted and pickup is carried out in a security area. Hotels like these provide information regarding meeting points in advance.
• This product is available for ages 6 to 65.
• Pregnant women and senior citizens over 65 years old cannot use this service.
• Children under 12 years of age can use it with the consent of their guardian.

– If canceled 13 to 8 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
– When canceled 7 to 4 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount is charged.
– If canceled 0 to 3 days prior to the tour start date or on the same day: Full refund is not possible.
