• Ticket exchange is available starting 1 hour before the performance time. Please make sure to exchange your tickets before the performance starts.
• The performance time is expected to be approximately 3 hours and 40 minutes (including intermission).
• Tickets for the performance can be purchased starting 3 days before the performance, and no refunds or date changes are allowed after the reservation is made (except in the case of performance cancellation).
• Refunds are not available due to flight cancellations or delays.
