BESTAt around 9:00 AM on May 17, I showed the downloaded voucher at the Shinagawa Station Takanawa Exit window and tried to exchange it for a ticket, but the QR code was not recognized, so I was only able to exchange it after about an hour, at around 10:00 AM. It seemed like the station did not know the WAUG travel agency that issued the voucher. Rather than making a reservation in Korea and exchanging the ticket locally, it seems better to purchase the ticket directly from a local vending machine.
