• This product provides a basic 18 holes. If you wish to play additional rounds, please purchase additional options.
• Please enter the English names of everyone who is rounding.
• Please select your preferred time, either morning or afternoon, and we will contact you after checking available tee times.
• It is a basic 4-player game, but if there are not enough people, it will be played as a group.
• Two-player play cannot be requested in advance, and may be possible at the discretion of the golf course if there are few customers after visiting the golf course on the day of use. * Advance application is not possible.
• Please wait in the hotel lobby and the driver will be holding your name board.
• T-shirts, jeans, and shoes with metal spikes are not permitted.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• 2/3 player play is also possible. Please contact us if you wish to use it.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.

► In case of rain

• As a result of inclement weather, including lightning, we decide to suspend all matches.
• Golfers who voluntarily stop playing a round of golf will not be eligible for a rain check voucher.
• If we decide to close the course due to inclement weather, the following conditions apply:
• Golfers who play 1 - 3 holes will receive an 18-hole lane check voucher. All rain check vouchers are issued by New Kuta Golf Management.
• Rain check vouchers are valid for 3 months and are non-refundable and non-extendable.
• When using a voucher, golfers only pay for the caddy and cart.

• When selecting the pick-up and drop-off option, only 1 - 2 areas can be picked up, and additional charges apply for the remaining areas.
• Please enter your hotel name only when making a pickup reservation.
• The pick-up and drop vehicle is a stand-alone vehicle, and you can store luggage such as suitcases in the vehicle. After you finish the tour, your driver will be waiting for you. Return to your hotel comfortably.

No refund if notified on the day of travel or unable to attend.
If a cancellation is requested on a public holiday or weekend (Friday 18:00 - Monday 09:00), the cancellation will be considered as a cancellation on the next business day due to the business closure.
