• The Blue Hawaiian Helicopter is a state-of-the-art, high-end helicopter that is slightly more comfortable to use than a regular helicopter. However, the helicopter may sometimes shake due to the local weather, so if you are sensitive, we recommend taking motion sickness medication before boarding.
• One helicopter can accommodate up to 6 people. To balance the helicopter, seats are assigned according to body weight. The company takes care to ensure that each group rides on the same helicopter, but sometimes groups may be divided.
• When conducting a helicopter tour, you can change your cell phone to flight mode before boarding, but other luggage (wallets and bags) is not allowed on board. There are lockers available at the helicopter office where you can leave your luggage.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Tour schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.

Cancellation (Change) and Refund Policy
Request made 7 days before the tour: 100% refund
If requested 4 days before the tour: 50% refund (50% cancellation fee charged)
Request made 3 days before the tour ~ No-show on the day: No refund
In the case of cancellation requests, please understand that cancellation (change) processing is based on Hawaiian time and that cancellations (changes) are not processed outside of business hours and on weekends and public holidays.
If the tour is canceled due to weather or local circumstances at the company's discretion, you may change the schedule or receive a refund of the tour fee (part or full).
