1. 6:30 AM - Waikiki, Hawaii hotel pickup:
Take a flight from Honolulu Airport to the Big Island.
2. 9:00 AM - Arrival at Hilo Airport:
After meeting the guide, the local tour begins
3. Punaluu Black Sand Beach:
Experience the long black sand beach that can only be enjoyed on the Big Island. If you are lucky, you may find a sea turtle, a symbol of good luck in Hawaii.
4. Kau Coffee Farm:

Hawaii Volcanoes National Park is a national park located on the Big Island of Hawaii in the Hawaiian Islands and consists of Kilauea Volcano, the world's largest active volcano, and a portion of Mauna Loa Volcano, the largest volcano in the world. There is a huge caldera with a diameter of 6km at the top, and you can directly observe the large crater inside it, Halemaumau Crater.

- When hiking in a crater, the presence or absence of lava in Volcanoes National Park is unpredictable. Please keep this in mind when touring.
- Please select whether to include flights when making your reservation.
- For products that do not include flights, you must travel separately from the local tour start and end locations.
- Pick-up time, tour time and itinerary may change depending on flight schedule (flight time or delay).
- Exact flight schedule and hotel pick-up time will be announced the day before the tour.
- In the case of Ko Nine - Hilo Out or Hilo In - Kona Out, it will be changed to [Punaluu Black Sad Beach -> Hilo Beach] and [Cau Coffee Farm -> Kona Coffee Farm].
- Lunch location and menu during the tour may vary depending on local conditions on the day.
- The minimum number of people for the Neighbor Island Day Tour is 4 people. If there are not enough guests, we may request a change in date.
- Airline tickets will be issued within 3 days of receiving your WAUG reservation, and the ticket amount will not be refunded after flight ticket issuance.
- If the tour is canceled after the ticket is issued, the ticket will be credited in the name of the person who made the reservation.
- When applying for a tour that includes a flight ticket, personal information such as Korean and English name, date of birth, and gender on your passport are required, and you must bring your passport with you on the day.
- We are not responsible if any problems arise due to the reservationist providing incorrect information.

Cancellation and Refund
- If cancellation is made 8 days before the tour date, a 20% fee of the product price will be charged.
- If canceled 7 days before the tour date or on the day, no refund is possible regardless of use.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
