How to use:

When moving from airport to hotel, enter departure airport, Korea departure date & time, flight number, local arrival date & time (Hawaii airport), and accommodation to be dropped off, then purchase options according to the number of people.
(ex. Incheon Airport, departure at 23:00 on October 8, KE685, arrival at 13:00 on October 8, Waikiki Hotel x 2 people)
2. Hotel -> Airport shuttle service (one way)
When moving from hotel to airport , enter return date, return flight number, pickup accommodation and purchase options according to the number of people.
(ex. October 8, KE685, Waikiki Hotel x 2 people)

What to Remember
- The default pick-up option is a direct flight from Incheon to Hawaii and is based on accommodation in the Waikiki area. If you want pick-up and drop-off in Ko Olina and the western part of Hawaii, you must purchase an additional option.
- All airline pickups, except for Incheon direct flights 4, have an additional charge of $10. (This is because it is a private event. Please pass this on to the guide on the day.) It takes about 30 minutes to travel from the airport to the hotel in the Waikiki area.
- The standard is to wait 1 hour after the plane lands. The default is to depart after a total waiting time of 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Those who are subject to immigration inspection will not be able to leave the airport for at least 1 to 4 hours, so the shuttle will not be able to wait for them. In this case, no refund is possible.
- The price varies depending on the number of people purchasing.
- Pick-up time may be adjusted depending on local conditions (e.g. traffic congestion/bad weather) on the day of the tour.
- After confirming your reservation, you will be notified of the exact pickup location and person in charge via KakaoTalk.
- The vehicle will be a 15-seater VAN Ford Transit and a 7-seater VAN Carnival depending on the number of people.
- You can bring a car seat (prepare your own) and a carrier (one per person). Please indicate the number of luggage when making a reservation. Additional charges apply for additional carriers or golf bags. (on-site payment)
- Carry-on suitcase ($1/1 item), large suitcase ($2/1 item), stroller ($2/1 item), golf bag ($2/1 item), other large luggage ($5/1 item)
- It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
- The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.
- There is an additional charge of $10 for pickup on all airlines except Incheon Direct Flight 4. (This is a separate charge, so please pass this on to the guide on the day.)
Cancellation and Refund
If notified at least 3 days prior to the start of the trip (7-3): 20% will be deducted from the travel fee and refunded.
If notified 1 day prior to the start of the trip (2~1): 50% will be deducted from the travel fee and refunded.
If notification is made within 24 hours of travel start time: travel fee is non-refundable
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
