• For those who pick up a rental car on the day of the tour, if the rental car pickup is delayed, you may not be able to arrive at Kualoa check-in time, so please make a reservation well in advance.
• Children aged 5 - 12 must be accompanied by an adult when riding an ATV, and adults aged 21 or older can drive the ATV. Children under 18 years of age must have a guardian sign a liability waiver to experience the activity.
• Horseback riding is only available to people over 10 years old, over 141cm in height, and under 104kg in weight. Children under 18 years of age must have a guardian sign a liability waiver to experience the activity.
• The zipline tour is only available to people weighing between 32kg and 127kg, height between 1.4m and 2.05m, waist between 55cm and 127cm, and thighs between 45cm and 71cm.
• The Secret Island tour requires a swimsuit, towel, and water shoes, and glass bottles are not permitted.
• The electric mountain bike tour is only available to people between 150cm and 200cm in height and between 38kg and 114kg in weight.
• Beachwear and towels are required for the Malama Experience tour.
• Age restrictions and schedules vary depending on the option you choose, so be sure to check.
• Closed on 1/1 and 12/25.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• Even after payment is completed, it may be canceled due to reasons such as number of guests or reservation status. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Please make a reservation at least 5 days in advance.
