• Tour-related information will be provided individually via KakaoTalk the day before the tour.
• For products that do not include flights, you must travel separately from the local tour start and end locations.
• Please select whether to include flights when making your reservation.
• Pick-up time, tour time and itinerary may change depending on flight schedule (flight time or delay).
• Exact flight schedule and hotel pick-up time will be announced the day before the tour.
• In the case of Kona In - Hilo Out or Hilo In - Kona Out, it will be changed to [Punaluu Black Sad Beach -> Hilo Beach] and [Cau Coffee Farm -> Kona Coffee Farm].
• Lunch location and menu during the tour may vary depending on local conditions on the day.
• The minimum number of people for the Neighbor Island Day Tour is 4 people. If there are not enough guests, we may request a change in date.
• Airline tickets will be issued within 3 days of receiving your WAUG reservation, and the ticket amount will not be refunded after flight ticket issuance.
• If the tour is canceled after the ticket is issued, the ticket will be credited in the name of the person who made the reservation.
• When applying for a tour that includes a flight ticket, personal information such as Korean and English name, date of birth, and gender on your passport are required, and you must bring your passport with you on the day.
• We are not responsible if any problems arise due to the reservationist providing incorrect information.
• Children under 2 years old can participate in the tour for free. (Select infant ticket)
• For pickups from hotels other than the airport or cruise terminal, additional pickup charges apply depending on the location.
• This product does not include travel insurance, and we recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance.
• Tour dates may be changed or canceled due to local circumstances.
• The tour price includes tax, and tax is added separately when paying by card.
• Rates may vary due to local taxes and peak season rates.
• Joining tours may require waiting time at the airport depending on flight times.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• Tour changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.

- If flight and accommodation reservations are included, a 100% penalty for flight and accommodation costs will be incurred if the reservation is canceled after confirmation.
- If cancellation is made 8 days before the tour date, a 20% fee of the product price will be charged.
- If canceled 7 days before the tour date or on the day, no refund is possible regardless of use.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
