• The date may change due to natural disasters, boat maintenance, or engine inspection. (The tour time may change by 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the schedule.)
• In case of high waves, the snorkeling tour may be cancelled for the safety of our guests.

• Luggage such as carriers allowed: Carriers not allowed, personal belongings bags allowed, car seats not provided
• If you lose your valuables, we may not be able to assist you.
• Occasionally, you may not be able to see dolphins.
• Available for ages 3 and up.
• Children aged 3 to 7 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
• For safety reasons, those who need to wear hearing aids or earplugs will have difficulty participating in the tour.
• People with poor eyesight may need to wear contact lenses to use a snorkel mask.
• Please be cautious when using the water activities if you have any systemic illness, poor physical or mental condition, are pregnant, have respiratory disease, or have had surgery. You must inquire when making a reservation.
• Life jackets must be worn and individual actions should be avoided in areas without safety personnel.
• Drinking or smoking is not permitted during the tour.
• If you suffer from motion sickness, please take motion sickness medication before departure.
• You must follow the instructor's instructions when on board or participating in activities, and you are responsible for your own actions.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• The tour itinerary may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.
• If there is an emergency related to the tour while on site, you must contact us using the emergency contact number at the bottom of the confirmation voucher sent to you.

- If you notify us 30 days (~30) before the start of your trip: Full refund of the travel fee
- If you notify us 20 days (29~20) before the start of your trip: 10% deducted from the total product price and refunded
- If you notify us 6 days (19~6) before the start of your trip: 15% deducted from the total product price and refunded
- If you notify us 1 day (1~5) before the start of your trip: 20% deducted from the total product price and refunded
- No refunds for cancellations and changes on the day of your trip
• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday~Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
