Cancellation and Refund
- Notification up to 20 days (29-20) prior to the start of the tour: 10% of the total price will be deducted from the refund.
- Notification up to 6 days (19-6) prior to the start of the tour: 15% of the total price will be deducted from the refund.
- Notification up to 1 day (1-5) prior to the start of the tour: 20% of the total price will be deducted from the refund.
- Notification on the day of the tour but before the start of the tour: 50% of the total price will be deducted from the refund.
• Cancellation/refund requests must be submitted during business hours (Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations submitted outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
