Pick up location:
We will pick you up from your hotel in downtown Waikiki.

Pick up time:
After your reservation is confirmed, you will be notified of your hotel pick-up time on your voucher.

Part 1 will be picked up between 07:30 and 8:00 AM, Part 2 will be picked up between 10:30 and 11:40 AM. We will inform you of the exact pickup location and time the day before snorkeling.

• When picking up from the hotel, the guide will check the name of the person making the reservation and the number of people before starting the tour.
• Children can use the facility if they are 2 years old (24 months) or older, and minors must be accompanied by a parent.
• Infants (0 to under 2 years old) are free.
• Hotel pickup may be delayed by 5 to 10 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
• You must take motion sickness medication before leaving your accommodation for it to be effective on the ship.
• Snorkeling takes place in the sea, so if the waves are high, the snorkeling tour may be canceled for safety reasons. (Snorkeling may be canceled or changed to another day depending on local weather or circumstances.)
• If there are fewer than the minimum number of guests, the tour may be cancelled.
• Check-in time is 30 minutes before the tour starts.
• Snorkeling equipment and life jackets are included. (snorkel mask and fins)
• You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks.
• Alcohol is permitted as long as it is not served in a glass.
• The age to use snorkeling equipment is 8 years old. (Children from 8 years of age receive the same amount as adults.)
• Price type: Adult (age 8 or older) / Child (age 2 to 7) / Infant (age 0 to under 2) and boarding pass
• If you are deemed to be at risk for your health based on your health condition on the day, you will not be able to participate.
• The tour is difficult for pregnant women.

• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Tour schedule may change depending on local circumstances.

• Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.

- If notified at least 30 days prior to the start of the trip (~30): full refund of travel fee
- If notified 20 days prior to the start of the trip (29-20): 10% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- If notified at least 6 days before the start of the trip (19~6): 15% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- If notified 1 to 5 days prior to the start of the trip: 20% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- On the day of travel ~ upon notification before the start of the tour: 50% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.

※ Cancellation request date and time follows the local time of the travel product.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
