What to Remember
- For infants (under 2 years old), boarding is free, but a $1 ocean management fee is charged.
- Infants (under 2 years old) can only board the boat and cannot swim or participate in activities. A guardian must be present at all times during the tour.
- Pregnant women cannot participate.
- People with underlying diseases such as heart disease, respiratory disease, diabetes, or high blood pressure are not permitted to snorkel. (Boat available / non-refundable)
- There are no changing rooms on the boat. Please wear a swimsuit in advance.
- Wetsuits can be rented on site for a fee. Please inquire with the staff on site on the day of the tour.
- You may bring your own snacks and drinks, but for safety reasons, you cannot bring drinks in glass bottles.
- Please note that depending on the situation, if a cameraman is not on board, the above additional option (photography) may not be available.
- Please do not bring valuables or large amounts of cash. Neither our company nor the company is responsible for any damage resulting from loss or damage.
- Since dolphins are wild marine animals, you may not be able to see them depending on your participation date. Please note that no refunds are possible due to this.
- Please note that the tour schedule may change depending on the day's weather and local company circumstances.
- If you are prone to seasickness, we recommend taking seasickness medication 2-3 hours before the tour.
- If you are confused about the pick-up shuttle location and time on the day of the tour and cannot use it on time, no changes or refunds are possible.
- If the boat captain decides to cancel the tour for the safety of customers due to weather or local company circumstances, we can help you change the date or cancel (full refund), but please note that there will be no financial compensation.
- You can participate in this tour after signing a waiver form on site. Please note in advance that if you do not agree to the contents, you will not be able to participate in the tour and no refund will be given as a result. (English/Japanese)

• If the tour is canceled due to weather or local circumstances at the company's discretion, you may change the schedule or receive a refund of the tour fee (part or full).
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
