• If the tour is canceled due to weather or local conditions at the discretion of the company, you can change the schedule or receive a refund of the tour fee (partial or full).
• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations made outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
