Please arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time.
*If 2nd party is not selected when making a reservation, the first reservation will be made automatically.

• When the reservation tour time closes, it may be changed to another tour time.
• This tour is a join-in tour and may be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not recruited.
• Pickup is available from hotel lobbies in Waikiki and designated locations near the hotel.
• Please check your voucher for the exact meeting point and time.
• There are no separate lockers or shower facilities to store your luggage.
• Available to ages 12 and older, and children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Adults: 12 years of age or older, Children: 5 to 11 years of age, Infants: under 5 years of age, and for infants, parental consent is required.
• It is difficult for pregnant women, people with respiratory diseases, or those who have had surgery to proceed with the tour.
• People who need to wear hearing aids or earplugs cannot proceed with the tour for safety reasons.
• If you are suffering from a systemic disease or are in poor physical or mental condition due to water activities, please use caution and contact us before making a reservation.
• Wearing a life jacket is required and please avoid individual activities in places without safety personnel.
• Anyone with a hangover or who drank alcohol that day cannot participate.
• If you are judged to have health risks based on your health condition on the day, you will not be able to participate.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.
• Cancellation/refund is not possible even if the dolphins do not appear.
• We would like to inform you once again that dolphin watching is not guaranteed.

If you notify us 8 days (~8) before the start of your trip: Full refund of the travel fee
If you notify us 3 days (7~3) before the start of your trip: 30% of the travel fee will be deducted and refunded
If you notify us 1 day (2~1) before the start of your trip: 50% of the travel fee will be deducted and refunded
If you notify us within 24 hours of the start of your trip: No refund of the travel fee

• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday~Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
