Currently, trolley buses operate on the Pink Line, Red Line, Blue Line, and Green Line. The trolley bus pass is a pass that allows you to use all routes.
1. Pink line
Ala Moana Shopping Circular Shuttle / Stops: 13 / Duration approximately 1 hour
Operating hours : 10:00 AM - 8:13 PM (operates every 15 minutes)

What to Remember
- The entire loop takes between 1 and 2 hours depending on the line.
- Priority seating provided to the disabled, pregnant women, and the elderly
- Maximum bag size 24x18x12" (61x45x30cm), bag must be on lap.
- Single folding strollers are permitted but must not cause a disruption to other passengers.
- You must wear a shirt and shoes to use the ride
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted on the trolley.
- Children under 120cm in height must sit in the middle seat under the supervision of an adult.
- Please refrain from smoking or eating food on the bus.
- You may only disembark when the trolley has come to a complete stop. Always watch your step when disembarking.
- Please always be careful as the bus may come to a sudden stop while boarding due to unexpected circumstances.
- There are steps, so be sure to hold on to the handles and pay attention to your feet when getting on and off.
- For your safety, please refrain from entering the stairs while boarding.
- Please do not lean out while riding the trolley.
- Please be careful not to drop your belongings when boarding.
- Please always wear outerwear and shoes.
- Belongings must not exceed 60cm wide x 45cm long x 30cm high and must be stored on your lap.
- Foldable strollers, boogie boards, and other luggage must not be placed on the seats to cause inconvenience to passengers.
- Drivers and customer service representatives reserve the right to refuse items that may cause injury or be dangerous to be brought into the vehicle.
- Please take care of your belongings. Trolleys cannot stop other than at stops to retrieve items. Waikiki Trolley and its partner travel companies are not responsible for any theft by passengers while on the trolley.
Cancellation and Refund
If requested 4 days before the tour: 50% refund (50% cancellation fee charged)
Request made 3 days before the tour ~ No-show on the day: No refund
If the tour is canceled due to weather or local circumstances at the company's discretion, you may change the schedule or receive a refund of the tour fee (part or full).
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
