In the northern highlands of Thailand, Arabica beans are grown, not Robusta beans like in other Southeast Asian regions, so you can enjoy cupping and tasting various specialty beans, from local Thai single origins to the current trend of Ana Aerobic. Since it was the season when the fruit harvesting was starting, I was able to taste coffee cherries, and since it was a 100% organic farm, I could just pick them and taste the sweetness of the flesh. I also learned about coffee flowers for the first time, and you can dry them to make tea, and you can also see the honey obtained from coffee flowers. After lunch, they roast the green beans that were dried in advance, pack them, and distribute them. And then we made souvenirs and planted coffee seedlings. I felt proud because I haven't planted a tree since elementary school. After the tour, we went to Zait Cafe right near Anusan Market and served coffee made according to the recipe sold in the store. There are also huge roasting machines, and it is said that Chiang Mai cafes also buy roasted coffee beans. In addition to the coffee farm tour, you can experience roasting and brewing, and the staff are also serious about coffee, so unlike famous cafes in downtown areas that are not very professional, you can have a serious conversation about coffee! It was the most informative tour I've had in Chiang Mai, and it's hard to find a cafe that handles specialty coffee with this level of professionalism, so don't hesitate and definitely experience it 🙏🙏

First of all, I was worried because my child was sick, but I would like to thank the travel agency for their consideration. Thanks to the friendly guide and kind-hearted farm grandmother, I, a tour enthusiast, had a satisfying tour for the first time in a long time. I learned about coffee and Thai coffee through careful explanation and consideration. The kids joined us and it was so much fun. And after the tour, I ate the simple but delicious food that my grandmother made! If I get the chance, I would like to come back to see the coffee trees in three years.

I've seen plenty of elephant and temple tours in Chiang Mai, but I wanted something a little more special, so I signed up for a coffee farm tour. To cut to the chase, I was completely satisfied!
 Doi Saket is much more secluded than the city, and the farm itself is surrounded by nature, so the air is different and the atmosphere is really nice.
 It was an experience where I personally picked coffee beans, roasted them, and even made a hand drip with them—it felt like I was really making coffee with my own hands, so it was really rewarding.
 Above all, the local farm owner personally explained everything, and the guide kindly interpreted for us, so it wasn't difficult.

 It was a joint tour, so I was with people from various countries, and the atmosphere was really good because we had a common interest in coffee.
 However, since the travel time is quite long, people who get carsick should prepare for it, and people who are not interested in coffee might find it a bit boring.
 Definitely recommended to coffee lovers!
