If it is not in the Old Town, Nimman Haemin, or Santitham areas, the pick-up location may be changed to a nearby city center.

This is a join-in tour, so pick-up times vary depending on the hotel.

• This is a global join-in tour, led by a local guide and conducted in English.
• Tour schedule and tour time (departure & arrival time) may change arbitrarily due to weather, road conditions, vehicle defects, etc.
• There is a lot of vehicle movement. If your car's air conditioner is cold, we recommend bringing a jacket.
• If there are fewer than the minimum number of guests, the tour may be cancelled.
• Please adhere to the pickup time. (If you are late for pick-up time, we cannot wait more than 15 minutes.)
• Van 12-seater vehicle always departs
• For one-day tours, most vehicles have limited luggage space. It is better to store your luggage at the office for free.
• We recommend wearing sneakers during the tour.
• Lunch cost/temple entrance fee is included.
• Upon arrival in Hooray Place, you are free to visit the cafe. (There is an entrance fee to the cafe. Separate entrance fee)
• We recommend that you sign up for individual travel insurance.

If notified 30 days prior to the start of the trip (~30): Full refund of travel fee
When notified 20 days prior to the start of the trip (29~20): 10% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
When notified 6 days before the start of the trip (19~6): 15% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
If notified 1 to 5 days prior to the start of the trip: 20% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
On the day of travel ~ upon notification before the start of the tour: 50% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
The date and time of your cancellation request will be based on the local time of your trip.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
