Essential Guide

• Please provide accurate information required for boarding when making a reservation.
• Departures are available from Srangan, Padangbai, Gili Trawangan, Gili Air, and Lombok Bangsal.
• You must present your passport upon check-in. Please make sure to bring your passport.
• If you are staying in southern Bali, we recommend departing from Serangan Port, and if you are staying in eastern or central Bali, we recommend departing from Padangbai Port.
• Departure from Padangbai Port is 1 hour shorter than departure from Srangan Port, so if you suffer from seasickness, please take this into consideration when planning your boat ride.
• Blue Water Express boat can only drop you off at Gili Trawangan, Gili Air and Bangsal. If you want to go to Gili Meno, you can take a boat from Gili Trawangan or Gili Air individually.
• There is a port entrance fee (10,000 rupiah per person for Padang Bai and Gili), so it is recommended to bring rupiah cash.
• It takes 2 hours and 30 minutes from Bali Srangan to Gili Trawangan / 1 hour and 30 minutes from Bali Padangbai to Gili Trawangan / 3 hours from Gili Trawangan to Bali Srangan / 2 hours from Gili Trawangan to Bali Padangbai.
• Check-in is required at the Blue Water Express office 1 hour prior to the ship departure time (all boats are the same)
• Each passenger can carry up to 2 pieces of baggage free of charge. Maximum weight limit 25 kg.
• Please present your boarding pass (physical ticket) at the baggage drop counter before boarding the fast boat.
• Children 12 years of age and older are charged the same rate as adults.
• Child Ticket: Ages 3-11
• Pregnant women, children under 3 years old, pregnant women, people with heart disease, back problems or other physical disabilities are not recommended to board the ferry.

• If you wish to travel round trip, please purchase 2 tickets.
• If you would like a pick-up service, please select it as an additional option.
• For round-trip tickets, please be careful not to lose the return ticket you received from Srang-an and Padangbai. If lost, it cannot be reissued.
• Bintang Tour is the official Korean agent of Blue Water Express.
• In case of road conditions such as those at guest houses, where vehicle movement is difficult, pickup may not be possible or the pickup area may be adjusted.
• It takes about 2 hours by car from Nusa Dua and Kuta to Padangbai Port.
• Depending on sea conditions, the boat may need maintenance. In this case, the departure time may change slightly.
• Very rarely, ferry service may be cancelled due to bad weather conditions at sea. In this case, you may be offered a change of date or a full refund.
• It takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes from Srangang to Gili, and about 1 hour and 30 minutes from Padangbai to Gili.
• Please keep in mind when planning your itinerary that the travel time from Gili to Srangan is approximately 3 hours and from Gili to Padangbai is approximately 2 hours.
• We cannot help with theft or loss during your trip, so please take care of your valuables during your tour. We also recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
• Surangan and Padangbai Port are places where there are a lot of touts. Be careful as there are some people impersonating Blue Water Express staff. (If they are not wearing blue uniforms, be careful!)
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• The tour itinerary may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.
• If there is an emergency related to the tour while on site, you must contact us using the emergency contact number at the bottom of the confirmation voucher sent to you.

Cancellation request made up to 8 days prior to the travel date: 50% of the reservation fee will be deducted and refunded.
7 days prior to the travel date or on the day of the trip or No Show: No cancellation/change/refund.

• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellation requests received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
