Select your direction, departure date and time when booking; the crossing usually takes about 30–45 minutes. Departure and arrival times and the assigned vessel may change due to weather, sea conditions or harbour operations.

For departures from Sanur, check in at the Tanis Fast Cruise check-in lounge in Sanur (MKP Lounge); for departures from Nusa Lembongan, check in at the Tanis Lembongan office (Mushroom Bay). Show your mobile voucher and ID or passport, and staff will guide you to the boarding area.
