• When snorkeling, cover your electronic devices (camera, cell phone, etc.) to prevent them from getting wet, and prepare extra clothes. We recommend that you wear a swimsuit in advance.
• Since the weather is quite hot in the country, please bring along short sleeves, sunscreen, a hat, and mosquito repellent.
• The tour is possible even if the pick-up and drop-off locations are different. Additional fees may apply depending on location.
• Each person is allowed to carry one large suitcase. If you have a lot of luggage, you may need to upgrade your vehicle. Additional costs may apply, so please inquire separately.
• We are not responsible for theft or loss that occurs during the trip, so please take care of your valuables during the tour.
• Except for typhoon-level bad weather, the tour will proceed as normal.
• If you suffer from severe motion sickness, it is recommended to take motion sickness medication.
• All vehicles have been disinfected before travel.
• All staff working with us have been fully vaccinated.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Tour schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.
• If there is an emergency related to the tour locally, you must contact us through the emergency contact information at the bottom of the confirmed voucher sent to you.

Cancellation request up to 7 days prior to travel date: full refund
If cancellation is requested 6 to 4 days prior to the travel date: 50% of the payment amount will be deducted and refunded.
3 days before travel date - same day or NoShow: No cancellation/change/refund possible

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
