Kanihonke's Sincerity for 'Crab'

Kanihonke's founder, 'Tatsuo Hioki,' is not only known as the father of crab cuisine in Japan but also focuses on showing the culture of traditional Japanese crafts to the world. Influenced by this, when you enter the restaurant, you can feel a warm atmosphere as if you were visiting a local fisherman's house in rural Japan.

In addition to this, there are plenty of things to see, such as the large crab aquarium on the first floor, the red king crab, and the large golden Shachihoko sculpture in the banquet hall on the 6th floor. The basement floor is uniquely decorated with an underwater concept, so you can feel like you have entered a perfect 'crab space' while dining!

At Kanihonke, you can taste dishes that go beyond the common steamed crab and are used in tofu, omelets, and hot pots. In particular, you can enjoy it as sashimi, which can only be eaten with highly fresh crab depending on the course.
