Experience the illumination event held only for four days during the winter season at Shirakawa-go, a World Heritage Site. The snow-covered traditional gassho-style houses and the illuminations create a fantastic nightscape unlike any other.
The tour begins with a stroll through Hida Takayama's old streets and continues with a viewing of the Shirakawa-go light-up event, ensuring a fulfilling day. Choose from three courses—A, B, and C—which differ in their inclusion of an observatory, meal provision, small-group travel, and the possibility of dropping off at Takayama.
During the light-up period, there will be a large number of visitors, and snow and ice may make movement difficult. Temperatures can be extremely low, so warm clothing is essential and please follow the on-site safety guidelines. As this is a winter-only event, only available for a short period, we recommend it for those looking to create special memories.

One of the must-see tourist spots on any trip to Nagoya is Shirakawago. Ogimachi, a district known for its gassho-zukuri style, boasts houses built entirely without nails. Their structural integrity is so impressive that they've stood firm since the 1800s.
