1. Admission tickets can be issued at vending machines in Tokyo Metro/Toei Subway.
2. Please bring a voucher containing the QR code of your Tokyo Metro ticket and obtain a ticket from a travel vending machine at the Tokyo Metro/Toei Subway. (Only vending machines with a red mark can be used)
3. Please check the image of the vending machines that can issue vouchers.
4. If your station does not have a vending machine, you can talk to a station employee and they will guide you to a station with a vending machine.

Warner Brothers Studio Tour Tokyo

• Children 0-3 years old can enter for free, but tickets are required and can be obtained at the ticket office.
• Children aged 0-11 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.
• You may be asked to present ID to verify age.
• There is no discount for a disability certificate.
• Please note that re-entry is not possible after the studio tour ends.
• Tickets cannot be refunded, transferred or changed, and if you attempt to transfer or change the ticket, the ticket will be invalidated.
• Tickets cannot be resold and will be invalidated if discovered.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Please keep your ticket safely until your visit.
• Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the studio tour designated time. There are no refunds for late arrivals or non-attendance.

Tokyo Metro 24-Hour Pass

• When issuing admission/tickets, you must present the voucher containing the QR code issued when completing the reservation.
• For electronic terminals that cannot present QR codes, please print a voucher containing the QR code in advance and bring it with you.
• If you cannot present the “QR code”, the voucher cannot be used.
• You can get on and off the Tokyo subway and Toei subway at any station.
• When you first pass through the ticket gate after receiving the physical ticket, the expiration date will be written on it.
• If you cannot receive a physical ticket at the station office, you can use it by scanning the QR code on the voucher at a ticket vending machine for travelers and receiving a physical ticket. If you have difficulty using it, please ask a staff member for help at any time.
