• The maximum number of people who can make a reservation at a time is 2 people, regardless of adults or children.
• Children under 3 are free. Children under 13 years of age are not permitted to enter alone. You must make a reservation with an adult.

• This ticket is only available at Toyosu teamLab Planet. It cannot be used at teamLab Borderless in Odaiba (other TeamLab exhibition halls). Please be careful about this.
• When exchanging for an admission/ride ticket, you will need the QR code issued after completing the reservation. Please bring a terminal that displays a QR code or a printed QR code.
• If the customer cannot display the QR code directly, it cannot be used.
• When entering teamLab Planets Tokyo DMM with a student ticket, please present your student ID.

• Please come to the entrance on the admission date indicated on your ticket and line up in the admission row.
• You may have to wait in line for 30 to 90 minutes to enter.
• If you leave the queue, you must have at least one accompanying participant in the queue. (If you come alone, please tell a nearby staff member.)
• There is no private parking lot available.
• Other coupons or campaigns cannot be used in combination with this product.
• Please leave strollers in the designated area before entering.
• Children under the age of 13 cannot enter alone without a guardian. Please be sure to enter with a guardian.
• Entry is possible by wheelchair, but there are many works using water and works that cannot be experienced in a wheelchair, so we will guide you through another route.

• Some areas have glass/mirror floors, so if you wear a skirt or wide-hem pants, your underwear may be visible.
• There are places with strong light and dark places indoors.
• If you are participating with a small child, please be careful not to take your eyes off the child even for a moment.
• When it is crowded, staff may provide guidance to customers who have stayed for a long time to proceed further.
• The 'Resonating Microcosm in the Moss Garden - Solidified Light Color, Sunrise and Sunset' area can be viewed during light rain, but in the case of heavy rain accompanied by typhoons or strong winds, the work may be temporarily closed to public display.
