Tokyo Tower Main Deck and
Encounter with TeamLab Planets
Enjoy a special plan that includes admission to Tokyo Tower Main Deck Observatory, the hottest attraction in Tokyo right now, and admission to teamLab Planets Tokyo at a reasonable price.
Don't miss the chance to climb to the observation deck of the landmark Tokyo Tower for a bird's eye view of Tokyo, and experience 'body immersion' through the four massive art spaces and two gardens of the art collective teamLab Museum!
As if I had become a part of the work,
Tokyo TeamLab Planets
TeamLab dreams of a world of beauty without boundaries, where the boundaries between the viewer and the work, between me and others, and between humans and the natural world are broken down, only infinite beauty remains. Meet TeamLab, a group of artists who are currently attracting the world's attention, in Tokyo.
TeamLab’s work can now be seen all over the world, including in the Americas, Europe, and Asia, but the place that receives the most attention is Tokyo, where their activities began. Come see teamLab’s work and hear their stories in this international city!
A truly immersive experience that goes barefoot
The special thing about the Toyosu TeamLab Planets exhibition is that I am included in the work. I can feel the light's trajectory changing and dispersing depending on my movements.
Since this is a body-immersive exhibition, you must take off your shoes, socks, and stockings, and you cannot enter wearing short skirts because there is a mirrored space on the floor. You can rent shorts on site, but for pretty pictures, it is better to come dressed up and keep this in mind! Separate lockers are also provided, so don't worry about storing your belongings and enjoy yourself to the fullest.
About TeamLab Planets, Zones
Tokyo Toyosu TeamLab Planets is divided into Zone 1 and Zone 2. Zone 1 has more to see, so I recommend seeing Zone 1 first and then moving on to Zone 2.
Introduction of main exhibitions:
<The Infinite Crystal Universe>
It's a really pretty place with sparkling crystals that change color depending on the light. It's surrounded by mirrors on all sides, making it a great spot for taking pictures.
<Drawing of the water surface by a carp dancing with a person>
This is an exhibition where you can see carp swimming along the path of a person walking on water. When the carp collide with a person, they turn into flowers and scatter. Experience the flowers changing with the seasons.
<Matter is Void - Fire>
This is teamLab's first NFT artwork that anyone can download and own.
There are many other exhibits to see, and it usually takes about 2 hours to see all of TeamLab Planets. So I recommend setting aside some time to visit.
The highlight of the teamLab exhibition is the 'Garden Area'
The highlight of this TeamLab Planet is the garden area. It is called the Sky Flower Garden, and all the advertising backgrounds are in the garden area.
What's really amazing is that all these flowers are real, and they move up and down from the ceiling. You can't touch the flowers, but it's a really special experience to see so many of them.
Introducing the Tokyo Tower Observatory
Tokyo Tower, which opened in 1858, remains a symbolic landmark of Tokyo even after more than 100 years. That's why millions of tourists visit Tokyo Tower every year.
Tokyo Tower is divided into the Main Deck (Main Observatory) at 150m high and the Top Deck (Special Observatory) at 250m high. You can enter the Main Deck and see a fantastic view of Tokyo.
The legend of Tokyo Tower is even more fun when you go with your lover!
Tokyo Tower is usually lit up with orange lights, but during events, it is lit up with rainbow-colored lights.
There is a legend that if a couple goes on a trip and sees the rainbow-colored Tokyo Tower, they will never break up and will be happily together for the rest of their lives.
The rainbow colored lights can only be seen for a brief moment when the lights go out at midnight, so I really hope you get to see it!
