Tokyo Tower Main Deck and
TeamLab Planets Encounter
Enjoy a special plan that includes admission to Tokyo Tower Main Deck Observatory, the hottest attraction in Tokyo right now, and admission to teamLab Planets Tokyo at a reasonable price.
Don't miss the chance to climb to the observation deck of the landmark Tokyo Tower for a bird's eye view of Tokyo, and experience 'body immersion' through the four massive art spaces and two gardens of the art collective teamLab Museum!
As if I were part of the work,
Tokyo teamLab Planet
In the borderless world of beauty that teamLab dreams of, where the boundaries between visitors and artworks, self and others, and humans and the natural world are broken down, only infinite beauty remains. Meet TipLab, an artist group that is currently attracting the world's attention, in Tokyo.
teamLab's works can now be viewed in the Americas, Europe, Asia, and other parts of the world, but the place that attracts the most attention is by far Tokyo, which was the starting point of the company's activities. Admire teamLab’s work and hear their stories in an international city!
A truly immersive experience with bare feet
The characteristic of the Toyosu teamLab Planet exhibition is that I am included in the work. I can feel the light's trajectory changing and dispersing depending on my movement.
As this is a physically immersive exhibition, you must take off your shoes, socks, and stockings to enter, and you cannot enter wearing short skirts because there is a space for mirrors on the floor. You can rent shorts on site, but for pretty photos, it's better to keep this in mind and come dressed! Separate lockers are also provided, so don't worry about storing your items and enjoy the experience to your heart's content.
About teamLab Planet, Zones
Tokyo Toyosu teamLab Planet is divided into Areas 1 and 2. Since there are more things to see in area 1, I recommend checking out area 1 first and then moving on to area 2.
Main exhibition introduction:
It's a really pretty place with sparkling crystals that change color depending on the light. It is a great spot for taking pictures because there are mirrors everywhere.
This is an exhibition where you can see carp swimming according to the trajectory of a person walking on the water. When a carp bumps into a person, it turns into a flower and scatters away. Experience the flowers that change depending on the season.
This is teamLab's first NFT work that anyone can download and own.
In addition, you can see a variety of exhibitions, and it usually takes about 2 hours to see all of teamLab Planet. So, I recommend that you plan your visit well in advance.
Highlight of teamLab exhibition ‘Garden Area’
The highlight of this teamLab Planet is the garden area. It's called the Hanging Flower Garden, and the background of all advertisements is the garden area.
What's really amazing is that all of these flowers are real, and they move up and down on the ceiling. Although you can't touch the flowers, being able to see so many flowers is a truly special experience.
Introducing the Tokyo Tower Observation Deck
Tokyo Tower, which opened in 1858, is still a landmark symbolizing Tokyo even after more than 100 years. That's why millions of travelers visit Tokyo Tower every year.
Tokyo Tower is divided into the main deck (main observatory) at 150m high and the top deck (special observatory) at 250m high. You can enter the main deck and see a fantastic view of Tokyo.
The legend of Tokyo Tower is even more fun if you go with your lover!
Tokyo Tower is always illuminated with orange lights, but there are times when it lights up with rainbow colors during events.
There is a legend that if you go on a couple's trip and see the rainbow-colored Tokyo Tower, you will never break up and meet happily ever after.
It is said that the rainbow-colored lights can only be seen briefly when the lights are turned off at 12 o'clock at night, so I hope you can see them!
