Off-Road Sunset Dinner tour times vary depending on the season.
April~September: 5pm - 7pm / October~March: 4pm - 6pm

4. Off-road eco tour (1 hour and 30 minutes)
9 AM / 2 PM

* We advise you to check-in 45 minutes before the tour time, and you must attend a pre-briefing about 15 minutes before the tour, so you must arrive on time.

• All tours require a minimum of 2 people.
• For off-road tours, a local guide will drive for safety reasons, and you will ride in a vehicle.
• Age limit: 5 years or older (pregnant women cannot participate)
• You must wear long pants and closed-toe shoes.
• You must listen to the safety briefing.
• You must sign a liability waiver. (For those under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must sign.)
• We strongly recommend using sunscreen.
• You cannot board with large luggage such as backpacks.
• This tour does not provide transportation, so you will have to travel directly to the check-in location.
• You are advised to check in 45 minutes before the tour time, and there is a pre-briefing about 15 minutes before the tour, so you must arrive on time.
• You can participate in this product after signing the waiver agreement on site. (English consent form)
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Tour schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.

If requested 4 days before the tour: 50% refund (50% cancellation fee charged)
Request made 3 days before the tour ~ No-show on the day: No refund
In case of cancellation request, please understand that cancellation (change) is not processed outside of business hours and on weekends and public holidays.
If the tour is canceled due to weather or local circumstances at the company's discretion, you may change the schedule or receive a refund of the tour fee (part or full).

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
