What to Remember
- It may be canceled depending on weather and sea conditions, and if canceled, a full refund will be provided.
- Snorkeling spots change depending on the ocean conditions on the day. We will guide you to the place with the best wave conditions and the highest chance of seeing turtles on the day.
- The snorkeling tour is from the beach (beach entry).
- Participants under elementary school age must be accompanied by a guardian. If only minors above middle school age participate, a consent form from the guardian is required.
- People with special diseases such as circulatory or respiratory system diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, asthma, diabetes, liver disorders, or those taking medication, hangovers, those who drank alcohol on the day, or pregnant women are not permitted to participate. Even if you are identified on the day, you cannot participate and no refund is possible.
- Please bring a swimsuit, towel, and shoes that can get wet.
- Please be sure to wear a life jacket during the snorkeling tour.
- The nearest bus stop is 「平良（Hirara）」.
Cancellation and Refund
7 to 2 days before the date of use: 30% of the travel price
Day before use date: 50% of travel price
On the day of use: A cancellation fee of 100% of the travel price will be incurred.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
