Cancellation and Refund

Cancellations made 7 to 4 days before the tour date will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 3 days before the tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 2 days prior to the tour date, on the day of the tour, or no-shows are non-refundable.
* Full refund is possible in case of tour cancellation due to bad weather.

• Cancellation/refund requests are only accepted during business hours (Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Requests made outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
