- If you are unable to attend due to personal reasons, no refunds will be given.
- If you enter using an e-ticket, you will need to go through a security check and may have to wait in line depending on the number of visitors on the day.
- Please leave large carriers, strollers, umbrellas, etc. at the museum storage.
- Please make sure to check the meeting point information on your voucher before waiting.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.
Cancellation and Refund
A 50% cancellation fee is charged from 4 to 3 days prior to the date of use
Cancellations, changes, and refunds are not possible from 2 days prior to the date of use to the day of use
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
