Mongshell Tongtong is a restaurant operated by Sukiyaki specialty restaurant Serina, and they use the same beef! The beef used here is Kobe beef, of which only about 4,000 are recognized for quality each year. It is said to be of excellent quality, as well as having a soft texture, rich meat juice, and deep flavor, so I highly recommend you try it.
