1. It was disappointing that they didn&#39;t even show up at the hotel for the pick-up location. 2. They told us to arrive 5 minutes before the pick-up time, but we were over 40 minutes late, and there was no apology. 3. It was good that there were only a few people in the reservation, but even with that small group, there were only two guides. One group never kept to their appointment times. It felt like the person who arrived early was the fool. They seriously didn&#39;t keep appointments. 4. The Vietnamese guide was friendly and explained things well. Aside from the guide, there was nothing else I liked. If I had the chance again, I wouldn&#39;t stay here. It was such a huge disappointment.
