Tee time:
Morning tee times: 6am, 7am, 8am
Afternoon tee times: 12pm, 1pm, 2pm

• This product can be reserved for a minimum of 2 people.
• Pick-up and drop-off service is available from hotels in downtown Kota Kinabalu for bookings of 2 or more people.
• Please choose between a morning tee time or an afternoon tee time.
• After the customer makes payment, the final confirmation of travel departure will be made via Happy Call/Happy Talk.
• Please check in 10 minutes before tee-off. If you do not check in 10 minutes before tee-off, you may have to wait for a long time or may not be able to play the round.
• Single player play is not possible.
• If the tournament is confirmed, it may be changed to an afternoon tee time, and any cancellations due to this will be free of charge.
• Kota Kinabalu is mostly run without a caddy. If you would like a caddy, please check availability when registering on the day.
• You can use the shower facilities and lockers in the clubhouse.
• Dress Code Guide
  - T-shirts without collars are not allowed.
  - Each person must carry one caddy bag.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Please be sure to arrive on time. If you are late or a no-show, you will not be able to use the facility and no refunds will be given.
• Please note that you are responsible for any safety accidents or loss of valuables caused by your own negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.

- If you notify 7 days (~7) before the start of the trip: Full refund of the travel fee
- If you notify 3 days (6~3) before the start of the trip: 50% of the product fee will be deducted
- If you notify by the day of the trip (2~the day): No cancellation/refund

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday~Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
