K’sio Wagyu in Ginza is an extraordinary dining experience. The wagyu is exceptional, prepared with precision and served at the perfect moment to showcase its richness and flavour. Every course is beautifully presented and thoughtfully balanced. The atmosphere is intimate and refined, and the staff provide attentive, seamless service throughout. A remarkable place to experience wagyu at its absolute best.

I had a great all-round experience at this place. The service was super quick. I was a bit wary given the number of 1-star reviewers commenting about service quality, but I found nothing to complain about. The staff were very cordial, and mindfully recommended to me the rarity of the steak for the best flavour. I think they deserve a lot of credit. Lovely experience overall.

This place is super underrated! There were only locals here so you know it’s the real deal. The highlights of the meal were the abalone, seaweed roll, and the steak (of course!). I was especially impressed with the seaweed roll, it had many strong, luxurious ingredients but worked with each other to create great harmony. I’ve attached a photo of the menu served that day, though it may vary between seasons. The chef and staff were so nice and did their best to explain the dish and each ingredient carefully. I had a great time. Definitely would go back 😍

Had an excelent course here with Wagyu A5 being the main attraction. It was delicious! They printed the menu in Romanian which is our first language.

Service great, private room great, food average. I thought that the 2 hour dining limit would be that we can only stay for that long not that we have to stay that long for the entire 5 course meal. Waiting 30 minute each for sliced Wagyu and sea bream, and just some fish over rice and desert is horrendous. It’s only the quality of the Wagyu and desert that’s saving them. They really need to consider having another chef, since just having only one clearly isn’t enough and even needs the help of waiters.
