This was an incredible time! Our chef, Antonio, was friendly, funny, and very good at what he does. I highly recommend this experience!!

So much fun! My sister and I had a great time- delicious food, plenty of wine, and fun conversations. A great way to start our trip!

We were a group of four, three of us had never made pasta before. We were in a group of around 25 people around a long table, all set up with ingredients and equipment for the session. The instructions were broken down easily for us to follow, and our chef made sure to check on how we were all getting on and helped where necessary. It was a really fun experience, everyone chatting away and comparing our progress with quite a lot of laughter along the way, I'm sure the wine contributed to that too! At the end, all our pasta, a ravioli and a pappardelle, were cooked by the chef into two different pasta dishes, and we all sat around the large table eating and drinking together. It was a very enjoyable and fun experience, highly recommended, and great value too!

Fantastic experience, world of fun with young kids.

Highlights

In the heart of Florence, where the blue rooftops nestle cozily and Brunelleschi's Dome curves within reach, stands a medieval tower preserving the essence of the 1200s. The '[Florence Tour] Florence Pasta Making Class & Unlimited Wine' invites you on a sensory culinary journey. Craft authentic pasta with a friendly chef in a historic space, once breathed by Dante, the father of the Italian language, and immerse your senses in a truly Italian experience.

Program

Enjoy a pasta-making class with unlimited wine

Experience the pure joy of pasta creation, from touching the flour to kneading the dough, just as the Renaissance noble Medici family might have done. A professional chef with extensive experience in high-end Italian kitchens will guide you with a friendly touch, meticulously teaching you how to make three types of fresh pasta: ravioli, tortelli, and pappardelle. As butter and sage, arrabbiata, and traditional Tuscan ragu sauces bubble and sizzle, your senses will be awakened by the warm atmosphere and delicious aromas filling the space.

After the class, share the pasta you've lovingly prepared and enjoy it with unlimited pours of fragrant Tuscan wine. As laughter fills the air over clinking wine glasses, you'll savor the warmth and love reminiscent of an Italian grandmother's cooking, creating a treasure of a memory from your day in Florence that will last a lifetime.
