Meet the Adorable Giant Pandas in the Morning

Options including the Panda Base visit the Chengdu Giant Panda Research Base in the morning. Spend a special morning in Chengdu observing pandas eating bamboo, resting, or interacting with each other.

The Panda Base is currently a Giant Panda conservation, research, and breeding facility operating on approximately 238 hectares. Whether you can see pandas active or baby pandas depends on the day's temperature and the individual pandas' condition.


Encounter the 71m Tall Leshan Giant Buddha Up Close

If you choose an option that includes the Leshan Giant Buddha, you will travel to Leshan by vehicle, enjoy lunch at your leisure, and then visit the Giant Buddha. This tour involves hiking to view the Buddha, not from a boat.

Walk along the path carved into the cliffside and admire the colossal Buddha statue from various angles. Standing before the 71m tall Leshan Giant Buddha, experience its overwhelming scale that cannot be conveyed through photos alone.
