Start your special morning about 1 hour 30 minutes before sunrise at Balgownie Estate Yarra Valley, meeting your pilot and crew. After the briefing, you'll travel together to the launch site, chosen based on the day's wind and weather conditions.

At the site, you can witness up close the preparation process of inflating the giant balloon. Depending on the day's situation and the crew's guidance, you might even have the opportunity to participate directly in getting the balloon ready.

Once prepared, board the basket and ascend into the sky at sunrise. Drift gently with the wind and admire the Yarra Valley's vineyards, wineries, farms, forests, valleys, winding river, and small towns from above. The landscape illuminated by the morning sun across the vast Yarra Valley is the most special moment of this tour.

Enjoy a Buffet Breakfast at Balgownie Estate After Landing

The balloon doesn't follow a set route but drifts with the wind, and the pilot uses wind currents at different altitudes to guide you to a safe landing spot. After landing, you'll meet the ground crew, and if you wish, you can also participate in packing away the large balloon.

The entire experience, including meeting, balloon preparation, flight, landing, and breakfast, takes approximately 4 to 4.5 hours.
