Please note: The ticket price displayed in the voucher link reflects the "face value" of the admission ticket—this is the base price set by the ticket office and printed on the ticket according to New York state law. Additional fees, such as the mandatory $8 venue admission fee (collected by the attraction) and booking service fee, will be added to the total online price you see. We want to ensure you understand this difference before completing your purchase.
1. The confirmation will be automatically sent from Broadway (please check emails with the trip.com suffix) to the email address you provided on Trip.com, and cannot be resent. As domestic email services (like QQ) may block overseas emails, we recommend checking your spam folder first.
2. If you've checked and confirmed that you haven't received the email containing the voucher, please contact Trip.com customer support for inquiry promptly.
3. If purchasing close to the performance time, seating zones may be adjusted due to limited availability.
4. Broadway seating inventory is limited. After a successful booking, you will receive a notification email from Broadway. The final confirmation of your booking depends on whether the voucher code is included in the email link sent by Broadway. If the booking fails due to insufficient inventory, we will arrange a full refund for your booking, but no additional compensation will be provided.
5. Multiple tickets in the same booking do not guarantee adjacent seating. Please refer to the seat numbers in the voucher email sent by the attraction.
6. If you book show tickets in advance, the e-ticket link will be sent to you via email two weeks before the show.
