Meet your local guide at Manly Kayak Centre / Manly Lifestyle Club at Manly Wharf, next to Felons Brewing Co., for a safety briefing and a basic paddling lesson. Then head out onto the calm, clear waters of North Harbour.

Paddle past Fairlight, North Harbour Reserve, and Manly's harbour bays, taking in secluded beaches, sandstone coastline, and lush national park scenery. Along the way, look out for marine life such as sea turtles, dolphins, rays, fish, and seabirds.

Climb Dobroyd Head and view Sydney Heads

After about 30 minutes of relaxed paddling, arrive at a secluded harbour beach accessible only by water or bush track. Take a short bushwalk with your guide through native coastal vegetation to Arabanoo Lookout at Dobroyd Head for panoramic views of Sydney Heads and the sparkling harbour below. Learn about the area's natural and cultural history while watching the Manly ferry pass through the Heads.

Relax at Reef Beach and paddle back to Manly Wharf

After enjoying the view, return to the beach to swim or relax on the sand. Then paddle back across the harbour to Manly Wharf.
