Staff were great, commentary during the cruise was very good & informative. Was great to sit back, relax, enjoy the views & learn about the area. Full bar facilities were available throughout the cruise and complimentary tea/coffee & scones were a nice addition. Lunch at Plough Inn was basic pub food but was nice. Enjoyed the views from the gondola wheel.

River cruise was good but the walk for our lunch wasn’t explained how far, the walk was approx 15 mins not good when u have hip probs like myself if i had known i would have skipped lunch , advertised as 3.5 trip but was 1.5 hr ,
