From Calgary: Banff Gondola, Hot Springs, Johnston Canyon and Lake Minnewanka Bus Tour

Depart by bus from Calgary, Canmore or Banff
and head into Banff National Park

Depart from your booked pickup point: Delta Hotels Calgary Downtown at 7:30 AM, the Travel Alberta Canmore Visitor Information Centre at 8:45 AM, or Canalta Lodge in Banff at 9:10 AM. Travel for about 100 minutes in an air-conditioned bus with your driver-guide.

Choose between the Banff Gondola
and the Upper Hot Springs

For about 1.5 hours, ride the Banff Gondola to the summit of Sulphur Mountain for panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and valleys, or soak in the mineral-rich water of the Banff Upper Hot Springs while enjoying the mountain scenery. Gondola and hot springs tickets are not included; you will receive an email about purchasing them closer to your travel date.

Visit Bow Falls, the town of Banff
and Lake Minnewanka

Enjoy the view at Bow Falls for about 10 minutes, pass the Fairmont Banff Springs, and stop for about 10 minutes of photos at the Surprise Corner viewpoint. In the town of Banff you have about 80 minutes to browse shops and galleries and have lunch (at your own expense). Then pass Two Jack Lake and spend about 20 minutes at Lake Minnewanka.

Hike along Johnston Canyon

Finally, join your guide for a hike of about 75 minutes along the edge of Johnston Canyon to see its waterfalls and turquoise pools. After the hike, return to your starting point in about 100 minutes by bus.
