Depart from Calgary, Canmore or Banff
and head to Lake Louise
After pickup at Delta Hotels Calgary Downtown (08:00), the Canmore Visitor Information Centre (09:30) or Banff Caribou Lodge (09:50), travel in an air-conditioned vehicle.
Your first stop is Lake Louise, known as the "Jewel of the Rockies." Spend about 45 minutes taking photos of the turquoise lake and the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise and strolling the shore. In winter, enjoy the scenery of the frozen lake.
Ride the Banff Gondola up Sulphur Mountain
and relax at the Upper Hot Springs

Ride the Banff Gondola to the summit of Sulphur Mountain and spend about 1.5 hours enjoying 360-degree views of the Bow Valley and the town of Banff. At the top, explore the exhibits and the trail to Sanson’s Peak. Then spend about an hour soaking in the mineral water of the Banff Upper Hot Springs while gazing at snow-capped peaks.
Gondola and hot springs tickets are not included. In summer, gondola tickets cannot be purchased at the counter, so please book in advance for a time slot between 10:30 and 11:00 a.m.
Pass Bow Falls and Surprise Corner
and stroll through Banff town

Visit the Cascade of Time Garden (about 20 minutes) and Bow Falls (about 20 minutes), where the Bow River spills over wide falls, then photograph the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel and the Rocky Mountain peaks from the Surprise Corner viewpoint (about 20 minutes). On Banff Avenue, enjoy about an hour of free time to browse shops and cafés.
Visit Lake Minnewanka, Two Jack Lake and Johnson Lake

Spend about an hour at Lake Minnewanka, the largest lake in Banff National Park. In summer, you can optionally take a boat cruise on the lake (extra fee). Stop briefly for photos at Two Jack Lake and relax for about 30 minutes at Johnson Lake, a local favorite, before returning to your departure point.
※ When the hot springs are closed for maintenance, you will spend more time exploring Lake Louise.
※ Wildlife lives in its natural habitat, so sightings are not guaranteed.
※ Lake colors and scenery vary with the season and weather and are not guaranteed.
