Depart from your Calgary accommodation
for the Canadian Rockies
After pickup at your hotel or accommodation in Downtown, Northwest or Northeast Calgary, set off as a small group of up to 10 people. Your English-speaking guide shares history, fun stories and photo tips, with plenty of time to explore with the guide or on your own.
First, stop for about 30 minutes in Canmore, a former coal mining town, for a coffee break. You may spot wildlife along the way.
Explore Lake Louise and Moraine Lake

Spend about 75 minutes at Lake Louise, surrounded by peaks, glaciers and the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. You can hike the self-guided trails, and in winter enjoy ice skating or a sleigh ride (activities at extra cost).
From June to late September or early October, pass through the Valley of the Ten Peaks and spend about 70 minutes walking and taking photos at Moraine Lake.
Follow the Icefields Parkway to Peyto Lake and Bow Lake

Drive the Icefields Parkway past glaciers, lakes and mountains, and spend about 45 minutes at the newly improved Peyto Lake Lookout overlooking the glacier-fed lake. Then stop for about 20 minutes at Bow Lake, one of the largest and deepest lakes in Banff. You'll also visit some of the guide's favorite hidden spots.
Wrap up the day on Banff Avenue

Spend about 1.5 hours of free time in Banff town, your last stop, browsing souvenir shops, relaxing or visiting a museum. After the tour, get dropped off at your original pickup location or one of the listed drop-off points, or at your accommodation in Canmore or Banff at no extra cost.
※ The itinerary is a guide only, and stops may be adjusted depending on traffic, weather and your preferences.
※ Moraine Lake and the Valley of the Ten Peaks are open only in summer; in fall, winter and spring, the tour runs for 10 hours.
※ Wildlife lives in the wild, so sightings are not guaranteed.
※ Lake colors, fall foliage and scenery may look different depending on the season and weather.
