From Calgary: Marble Canyon & Radium Hot Springs Day Tour - Small Group

Depart from Calgary
and walk through Marble Canyon

After pickup in Calgary, Canmore or Banff, head into the Rockies in an air-conditioned van. Along the way you will take a rest stop of about 20 minutes, and on arrival at the Marble Canyon trailhead you will walk the canyon with your guide for about 1 hour. Cross seven bridges over the deep, narrow gorge and enjoy views of the river far below and the surrounding mountains, wearing the ice spikes provided for the canyon hike. Next, stop at Numa Falls for about 25 minutes of sightseeing and photos.

Soak in the warm waters of Radium Hot Springs

Enjoy about 1.5 hours at Radium Hot Springs, set beneath the rock walls of Sinclair Canyon. The odorless, clear mineral water makes for a comfortable soak. You will also stop for about 20 minutes of photos on the Sinclair Canyon Trail near the springs. Hot springs admission (USD 17.50) is not included and must be paid separately.

Take in the view at the Kootenay Valley viewpoint

Stop at the Kootenay Valley viewpoint for about 15 minutes to enjoy views of the valley and mountains with a warm drink. You travel in an air-conditioned vehicle throughout the scenic drive across Banff and Kootenay National Parks, and coffee, tea, bottled water and snacks are provided.

Stroll and shop in the town of Banff

Spend about 1.5 hours in the town of Banff, surrounded by the Canadian Rockies. Walk along the main street, browse local shops and restaurants, and take in the mountain views. At the end of the tour, you will be dropped off in Canmore, Banff or Calgary.
