Tokyo Imperial Palace East Gardens, Meiji Jingu & Harajuku Private Car Tour - Hotel Pickup

Usman was an excellent guide and truly went far beyond our expectations. From the very beginning, he made us feel welcomed by providing complimentary drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout the guided tour, he was incredibly attentive and made sure we had plenty of great photos to capture the experience and memories. What really stood out was the way Usman communicated with us. He was always respectful, friendly, and informative, taking the time to explain the different locations we visited and share interesting information along the way. He was also very accommodating and flexible, adapting to certain locations and spending additional time with us when things went beyond the original schedule. This made the experience feel much more relaxed and personal rather than rushed. Usman’s professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference. We appreciated how much effort he put into making sure we had an enjoyable and memorable experience.

We had a great day and our guide was knowledgeable and fun. The only thing we were hoping to get all our photos and video back from the day.

It was a fantastic day from the outset Seiko (Zei) was welcoming and confirmed what we absolutely wanted to see on our day. We did the excursions we wanted including the Skytree Tower, fish market, shibuyi crossing, a Shinto temple and Buddhist temple and what we could of the Royal Palace. Zei was very knowledgeable and her English was excellent. She explained about Japanese culture both old and new including anime. We managed to do a lot more in the time than we would manage through individual tours and can’t recommend this excursion enough. Allan and Elaine. Aberdeen
